Cashew cream cheese

Totally vegan cream cheese? Evrika! It's not only possible, it's delicious too! This dreamy dairy-free cashew cream cheese will make you a believer and make your dairy-free journey easier.

RECIPE

Ingredients

1 cup soaked cashews

4 Tbsp unsweetened/unflavored non-dairy yogurt

1 Tbsp lemon juice

1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar

1 tsp gluten-free miso paste

1/2 tsp pink Himalayan salt

one handful of chopped chives

Instructions

  • Soak the cashews overnight;

  • Add all the ingredients (except chives) to a high-speed blender and blend until it forms a smooth cream;

  • Spoon the cream cheese into a bowl, add the chives, and mix well to incorporate.

    Enjoy!
