Green Goddess smoothie

Leafy greens infuse our hearts

with love, acceptance,

and forgiveness.

As a smoothie fanatic, I've learned early in my wellness journey that smoothies are the perfect way to break your fast in the morning after 10 hours of non-eating. They offer a balanced combination of protein, fat, carbs, and antioxidants, which makes them an excellent choice to start your day. Plus, you can easily add any powdered supplements you need to boost your nutrient intake.

So, if you're looking for a delicious and healthy way to start your day, make sure to try out a smoothie! I like to organize my ingredients based on color so the result looks appealing, not like brown sludge.

Here you have my interpretation of a green smoothie.
