Crunchy protein yogurt bowl
Most of you struggle with ideas for high protein breakfast ideas, so I am presenting today one of my favorite sweet breakfast choices.
Breakfast is an important meal, but also it has to be healthy and not spike your blood sugar, which is hard to achieve with sweet meals. This bowl has vegan, dairy-free probiotic yogurt, a vegan protein powder, crunchy grain-free granola for texture and crunch, and berries for antioxidants and diversity.
RECIPE
Ingredients
1 cup probiotic cashew yogurt or dairy-free yogurt of choice (unsweetened, unflavored)
20g protein from vegan/paleo protein powder (vanilla or chocolate)
2-3 Tbsps gluten-free/grain-free granola of choice
organic mixed berries
Instructions
Mix your yogurt with protein powder;
Add desired toppings;
Mix and serve.
