Smoked salmon, tomatoes, strawberries , and peach salad
A crucial aspect of healthy eating is embracing seasonal produce as much as possible. We are in prime peach and strawberry season, and making this salad brings all the flavors together with a twist.
This salad is not just visually stunning but also tastes divine!
If you are not a fan of smoked salmon, replace it with your protein of choice like sardines, tuna, chicken, or even beef. If you want to keep it vegan, use tofu or tempeh.
RECIPE
Ingredients
3 oz smoked salmon
3 strawberries, sliced
2 heirloom tomatoes, sliced
1/2 peach, sliced
1 Tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
Instructions
Prep and chop all your ingredients;
Arrange everything on a plate, drizzle some mustard vinaigrette or olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
Enjoy!
