Herby GF crackers

Eating a gluten-free diet can be frustrating sometimes, especially if you like snacking and crunchy textures.

I tried a bunch of store-bought gluten-free crackers, but they always taste weird or contain unhealthy ingredients. I am also not a big fan of snacking, as it can be an unhealthy habit overall.

Today I am presenting my favorite gluten-free crackers made with minimal ingredients.

RECIPE

Ingredients

3 cups almond flour

2 eggs, medium size

2 Tbsps dried dill

1 Tbsp dried thyme

1 Tbsp olive oil

1 Tbsp nutritional yeast

1 tsp pink Himalayan salt

1/2 tsp ground pepper

Instructions

  • Mix all the ingredients well until a dough forms;

  • Place the dough between 2 sheets of parchment paper, and start

  • rolling the dough 6 mm thick with a rolling pin;

  • Cut the crackers in your desired shape, or use a cookie mold;

  • Cook at 350°F for 15 mins;

  • The time will depend on your oven and the size of the crackers.

  • Check after 12 mins, and bake until they turn golden (not brown);

  • Let cool completely before eating.

Enjoy!
